PAYMENTS, SHIPPING & RETURNS

Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers; Soul Art by Mara does not store complete credit-card information.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Original paintings are generally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information after your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Print-on-demand products may be produced and shipped by an independent fulfillment partner. Processing times, shipping methods, and delivery estimates may differ from those for original artwork.

Returns and Refunds

Because original artworks are one-of-a-kind, all original-art sales are final. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@starlightart.art

within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the item, and photographs of the packaging. Please retain all packaging while the matter is reviewed.

When a claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Personalized items, digital downloads, and sale items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations

To request a cancellation, contact hello@starlightart.art as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped or entered production cannot be cancelled.

Artwork Appearance

We make every effort to represent artwork colors accurately. Slight variations may occur because of differences in screens, lighting, and display settings. Such minor variations are not considered defects.

Copyright

Purchase of an original artwork or print transfers ownership of the physical item only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist, Mara Elizari, unless transferred through a separate written agreement.
