PAYMENTS

We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

DELIVERY

Our online store automatically calculates the best shipping routes, rates, and handlers to make sure you receive your order quickly. We usually ship paintings within 2-3 business days, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 5-7 working days.

All other products, including art prints, apparel, shoes, accessories and other print on demand products, will be shipped directly by printing companies. Shipping rates and delivery will vary depending on selected products.

Shipping policy

Please note we are currently only able to ship to the United States.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow for processing times in addition to delivery times when making your purchase.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We have flat rate shipping for all domestic orders. purchased. Shipping charges are calculated at check out using the weight of the products ordered, and options for USPS or UPS. The customer will only see the calculated lowest cost shipping total at checkout.

The United States is still experiencing significant shipping and delivery issues as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The latest delivery times from our suppliers are below. Delivery times are in addition to processing times. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted for faulty items, and/or items that are damaged during shipping. Please note we do not accept returns for change of mind.

To start a return, you can contact us at
artist@soulartbymara.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Delayed and Lost orders

If your order has not arrived within these times please contact us at artist@soulartbymara.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please ensure the address provided at checkout is complete and correct. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If, after you have received your shipping notification email, your order does not arrive within the expected delivery times listed above, please contact us at soulartbymara@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchange

In the event that your order is faulty or arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at soulartbymara@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
